Centre-based (1063 J. Jordan Road)

NURSERY SCHOOL for children aged 3 – 5 years.  Monday,
Wednesday and Friday mornings (9:00 – 11:30 AM) or Tuesday 
and Thursday mornings.  Includes art, music and early literacy
activities.  Based on an Emergent Curriculum.

BEFORE SCHOOL for school-aged children.  Children are provided 
with breakfast and walked to school each morning by staff.

CHILDCARE for children 18 months – 12 year olds from
7:30AM – 6PM.  An emergent-based program that maintains a close
and interactive relationship between program staff, parents and
children.

AFTER SCHOOL for children aged 5 – 12 years.  Each afternoon
from 2:15 – 6:00 PM.  A relaxed time with lots of opportunities
for free play both indoors and outdoors.

WORKSHOPS and special programming are offered at various 
times throughout the year, for example, March Break and Summer.

PROGRAMS OFFERED TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS AT THE CENTRE BY OTHER GROUPS AND ORGANIZATIONS.  Examples include:  Prepared Childbirth of Nova Scotia – weekly prenatal classes; and Brownies.
