Referrals
- coordination of developmental goals, information and other services
(e.g., speech-language pathology, occupational therapy,etc...) - demonstration of developmental activities, provision of information and community resources through regular home visits. On average, these visits are conducted bi-monthly depending on the individual service requirements of each child.
- facilitation of daycare and school transition planning well in advance of the child's entry into the new program.
- development and maintenance of an IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) which outlines the developmental objectives for the child and the necessary teaching strategies.
