The Children's Aid Society of Cape Breton - Victoria is a private, non-profit organization mandated under the Children and Family Services Act to provide a range of child welfare services to families living within Cape Breton and Victoria counties.

The Children's Aid Society of Cape Breton is committed to meet the needs of  children at risk with dignity, integrity and respect for all involved.
