Family Services

To apply for services, simply contact the Respite Co-ordinator to set up a date to meet and discuss your child's care needs.

At this first meeting, the Co-ordinator will provide you with a Family Booklet detailing your responsibilities in selecting and retaining a respite worker. Information is gathered on your child's care needs and a Profile is developed to aid in the search for a suitable respite worker. At this time, you will be asked to sign a Parent Agreement, which registers you for the program.

Once a respite worker is introduced to you by the Co-ordinator, arrangements are made between you and the worker directly, except when you call the Co-ordinator to book time at the respite apartment.
