  • The SClP (Spinal Cord lnjury Prevention) Program is a joint partnership between CPA (NS), the Nova Scotia Head lnjuries Association and the Queen Elizabeth II Health Centre

Recreation and Leisure Activities
  • Provide information on recreation and leisure activities and opportunities
  • Provide travel information
  • Co-ordinate special events

lndependent Living and Home Support
  • Maintain a directory of home support agencies
  • Co-ordinate creative housing opportunities for individuals with specialized home support needs
  • Provide names of medical professionals who specialize in spinal cord injuries and other mobility impairments
  • Provide information on physiological and other aspects of disabilities
  • Develop Self-Managed Attendant Care Program
  • Co-ordinate placements for "K-9 Partner" dogs with suitable clients
