Sydney is the home of the Cape Breton Regional Office. This office serves the four counties of the island of Cape Breton. This office has one Rehabilitation Counsellor who does home visits. The Association provides a full set of services and programs from this office. The office is located at:
The Sydney Office has local volunteers who have formed an Action Committee that works on local areas of concern and larger advocacy issues. The Cape Breton Office is supported financially by the United Way of Cape Breton, government grants, fund raising and donations.
