Linda’s Scottish Shortbread & Oatcakes
Tel: 902.681.1980
Do you have allergies, food sensitivities, Celiac disease, Candida or Fibromyalgia?
If so, do you miss home baking?
I may be able to help. I have been adapting recipes to meet my customers’ food restrictions with great success.
I could do the same for you, call and let’s talk about it. Let me create a recipe and then bake/cook a product that will meet your needs.
I have recently adapted my Traditional Scottish Shortbread recipe with gluten free flour. My customers’ and I are very pleased with the results.
Look forward to hearing from you. References available upon request.

partnerships-Canada
ACCPC (Augmentative Communication Community partnerships-Canada) is a non
profit national organization that addresses social justice issues for people
with severe communication disabilities who use augmentative and alternative
communication (AAC) systems and require specific accommodations to services.
With funding from Justice Canada, we have just developed a series of
guidelines and accommodations to promote equal access to legal services and
representation.
The On-line resources are aimed at legal professionals and use video clips
and downloadable guidelines. We believe that these resources will be
pertinent to other sectors of the community. They are now available at:

"Water colours have been used on people with environmental sensitivities."
I was born in Newfoundland, but grew up around Wolfville. I graduated from
Horton High School, then went across Canada. I travelled around New Zealand
with a tent on a working holiday visa for a year, then going over to the
upper East Coast of Australia. I worked different jobs around the country;
Snorkling guide on the great barrier reef, landscaping/Australian native
tree planter, apprenticed Australian artist Rod Ramage) and had a blast!
I returned to Nova Scotia last May, and was Set Painter for "Noises Off", a play
put on last summer at the Atlantic Theatre Festival in Wolfville which
received the nomination for best set from the Merit Awards .
I've been face painting at the Wolfville Saturday Market since last summer
utill present. I also paint custom designed clothes/bags/fabrics, as well as
canvases, wood and anything else you like! Please click to view some examples of my work!
