The mission of New Boundaries is to provide a vocational service to adults with a mental challenge. Residents from the Windsor and West Hants area will be considered for service. New Boundaries shall provide individuals with an opportunity to develop work, social, interpersonal and daily living skills that will assist them to reach their highest potential.

New Boundaries is a non-profit organization that has been a provider of vocational services to adults with challenges in West Hants since 1975. We were formerly known as Windsor Workshop. We are a member of Directions Council of Nova Scotia and funded partially by The Department of Community Services, and income generated from services provided.

New Boundaries offers unique and individual programs for adults with intellectual challenges. Training is provided through our own small businesses and through other employers in the Windsor West Hants area.

Participants in New Boundaries receive training and experience in work skills and habits that can lead to increased employablity right up to full time competitive jobs.
