Research

  Through the operation of our Shelter and teen discussion groups we have noticed a   recurring need. Many of the teens we see are homeless. A major component of our   research at the Victory Over Violence Emergency Teen Shelter will involve   establishing a model for supported living for youth at risk. We are also interested in   local gaps and barriers to education, housing and employment for these youth. We   see this not only as a logical and necessary extension to our existing programs, but   as filling the significant gaps in the resources and services available to youth in the   Valley area.
